Official Rules and Regulations - #MTClientSelfie Contest
Eligibility: By entering the Contest, each entrant is deemed to have accepted the rules set out below (the “Contest Rules”), which are subject to change without notice, and automatically releases the Contest Sponsors and any other person or entity associated in any way with the Contest, all of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all liability arising in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, the selection of winners and administration of the Contest. By entering the Contest, all entrants accept the terms and conditions of the following Contest Rules and agree to be bound by them.
1. The Contest begins on June 1st, 2014, and will end on August 31, 2014.
2. Five winning entries will be selected. The potential prize winner will be selected at random with extra entries being given to each client based on number of photo likes, facebook friend page likes, and following other Modern Touch social media. The potential prize winner will be contacted via Facebook. Although online access is required in order to participate, no purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. To enter, participants must post, share and tag(#MTCelebLookAlike) on our Facebook page to qualify an entry. Each qualifying post successfully submitted during the Contest Period will count as one (1) entry in the Contest. Bonus entries may be collected by receiving likes on your photo, gaining more likes on Modern Touch Facebook page from friends and following Modern Touch on Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. There are no limits on how many entries a potential prize winner can get. The more likes and shares the potential winner receives, the more their chances of winning will increase. By entering the Contest, each entrant understands and agrees that the entrant is providing all information to the Contest Sponsors and not to Facebook©.
3. The prize winners will receive one of five Grand Prizes of one year of free L’Oreal styling products provided by Modern Touch with a total value of $. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged or combined or used in concert with another contest or another offer. The Contest Sponsor(s) reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. Except as expressly represented or warranted herein, the prize is provided to the winner “as is” without any additional or further representation or warranty of any kind. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
4. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All entries are subject to verification and any entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, that have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the Contest Rules may be disqualified by the Contest Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion. The Contest Sponsors take no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or late entries. The Contest Sponsors are not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Contest Sponsors and will not be returned.
5. By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsors, their advertising and promotional agencies, their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with this Contest or, if declared a winner, the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use and disclosure of their name, city of residence, voice, statements, and photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.
6. Contestants must comply with these Contest Rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the Contest Rules by participating in the Contest. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these Contest Rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.
7. This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
